Red Miso Vinegar can be used to Ramp Up the flavor on any dish. Some of our favorites are: Spaghetti Bolognese, Braised Lamb, Ribs, Wings, Octopus, Ceviche, Tagines, Beet Salad, Beef Tacos, Roast Eggplant, Cabbage Salad, Shakshuka Eggs & Tofu. 


White Wine Vinegar, Red Miso (Organic Soybeans, Organic Rice Koji [Organic Rice, Koji Spores {Aspergillus Oryzae}], Sea Salt, Water). Contains naturally occurring sulfites. Contains: Soybeans.

I love this stuff!

Before RAMP I had no idea how useful and versatile vinegar was when cooking. My husband and I cook almost every night and decided to add this to some simple recipes that we thought could be jazzed up a bit. As soon as we tried it we were hooked! It adds an amazing amount of flavor and can be added before or after the cooking process which i love. You can't go wrong no matter how you use it! Will definitely be buy more (if not all) other flavors :)
