Miso is a ‘Umami’ flavor, meaning its bold, rich, savory and undeniably delicious! It’s also a fermented food, therefore making it a natural source of healthy probiotics and great for digestion. The Miso family varies in color & depth of flavor. Our Red Miso Vinegar is more intense compared to its sibling (White Miso Vinegar), with complex and full bodied flavor this vinegar is not for the faint hearted and packs a powerful umami punch!

Hidden gem

This red miso vinegar is so delicious with more hearty meals. Whether it’s Asian, Indian, Ethiopian or Italian, this vinegar adds a savoury umami upgrade to every dish it touches. Try it on chilli, in ramen, over grilled vegetables or to add a twist to your pizza and pasta. Safe to say that I’m in love!

I love this stuff!

Before RAMP I had no idea how useful and versatile vinegar was when cooking. My husband and I cook almost every night and decided to add this to some simple recipes that we thought could be jazzed up a bit. As soon as we tried it we were hooked! It adds an amazing amount of flavor and can be added before or after the cooking process which i love. You can't go wrong no matter how you use it! Will definitely be buy more (if not all) other flavors :)
