Everything you need to know about Ramp Up!


  1. How do I place an order? 

Ramp Up is super easy to order! On our website you can either click on the ‘Shop’ link on the left hand side navigation or on the home page. 

  1. Do you sell your products In store? 

Yes we are currently stocking in select specialty food stores in the US. Please email us at for a list of stores or wholesale enquiries. 

  1. What is the minimum order? 

No minimum orders. You can order one bottle or as many as you would like!

  1. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for payment upon checkout as well as Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay & Amazon pay.


  1. What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer a flat rate of $9 for Standard Shipping within the contiguous US and also Alaska & Hawaii. We use USPS, UPS and Fedex for Standard Shipping, please note your delivery may take longer than what is calculated at checkout as standard shipping is not a guaranteed service. 

We also offer expedited shipping services via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Rates for expedited services are calculated at checkout. 

  1. When will my order ship?

The process goes like this: You Order, we process it, then we ship it. Processing usually takes 1-3 Business days, then shipping is dependent on what type of shipping you choose at checkout. Please note we ship Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

  1. How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order ships we will send you a tracking number.

  1. Where do you ship? 

We currently only ship within the contiguous US and also Alaska and Hawaii.  Send an email to to tell us where you would like Ramp Up to ship to next!

  1. Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately due to the size of the product we can’t ship to PO Box addresses.

  1. What if my shipment is damaged?

Sorry to hear that! If you receive your Ramp Up shipment and the bottles are broken/damaged upon delivery please notify us immediately at with an image of the damaged items and we can send you a replacement as soon as possible free of charge.

  1. What if my shipment is lost?

Ramp Up is not responsible for Lost or Stolen items once the product is declared ‘Delivered’ by the carrier.

  1. What if I need to cancel or modify my order?

 We try to ship orders as quickly as possible which means we may not catch your cancellation in time. If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact within 24hrs of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.


  1. What is your returns policy? 

Ramp Up will accept returns for unopened product only returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We can offer a full refund or a store credit, less the cost of original shipping. Please note we do not take responsibility for return shipping including the cost of the return shipment. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit (no sale items).

  1. How do I return my product?

Please email us at to start the return process. Once you have received a reply from us, please send back your shipment in its original packaging with a carrier of your choosing. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are usually processed within 2-3 days upon receiving.


  1. How should I use the different types of Ramp Up Vinegars?

 Our Ramp Up Vinegars are very versatile and can used be to improve the flavor of basically any meal! For our favorite ways to use the different Ramp Up Vinegar flavors please see the descriptions attached to each Vinegar on our website and also check out ‘Ramp Up Recipes’ for full recipe recommendations.

  1. What are the ingredients in your Ramp Up Vinegars? 

 Each Ramp Up Vinegar has a unique combinations of ingredients. Please see the full ingredients list on each product page and a ‘Nutrition label’ link for each vinegar.

  1. Do your Ramp Up Vinegars contain any allergens?

 The following Ramp Up Vinegar flavors do not contain any of the 8 main allergens: Ramp, Black Garlic & Turmeric Vinegar.

Both the White Miso & Red Miso Vinegars contain Soybeans. Miso is made from fermenting organic soybeans with water, organic rice, salt & koji culture.

  1. What does ‘Contains naturally occurring sulfites’ mean?

 Sulfites are naturally occurring because our vinegars are fermented and sulfites are naturally produced during the fermentation process.

  1. What is the sediment in my Ramp Up Vinegar?

As we use real ingredients and our vinegars are not pasteurized or filtered you may notice some sediment in your Ramp Up Vinegar. This is a natural part of the process as the raw ingredients settle at the bottom of the bottle. Simply shake the bottle before use to bring the ingredients back together.

    6. What is the floating particles in my Ramp Up Vinegar? 

The floating particles are from the 'Mother' which sometimes form in the vinegar as part of the fermentation process and appear because our vinegars are not pasteurized or filtered. This is a natural occurrence and the 'Mother' is thought to have nutritional benefits because of the minerals, enzymes and probiotics it contains. 

    7. What is the best way to store my Ramp Up Vinegar?

Store in a cool, dark place. You can refrigerate if you would like however it is not necessary.

   8. How long will my Ramp Up Vinegar last?

Like other condiments, Ramp Up Vinegar has a ‘Best Before’ date on each bottle (2 years), meaning it will be of best quality before this date. However this is not an expiration date, Ramp Up Vinegar is still safe and usable indefinitely after the best before date has lapsed.

   9. Are the bottles recyclable?

Our Ramp Up bottles are made of glass and are 100% recyclable.
