Miso is a ‘Umami’ flavor, meaning its bold, rich in flavor and undeniably delicious! There is certainly nothing basic about this beauty. It’s also a fermented food, therefore making it a natural source of healthy probiotics and great for digestion. Our White Miso Vinegar is lighter in color compared to its siblings (E.g Red Miso vinegar) with a more delicate, slightly nutty & sweet flavor. It's also highly adaptable and will add a unique burst of flavor to any dish.

Best used on:

White Miso Vinegar can be used to Ramp Up the flavor on any dish. Some of our favorites are: Ramen, Steamed Clams, Roast Salmon, Roast Shrimp, Roast Pork, Mussels, Shishito Peppers, Caesar Salad, Roast Squash, Cucumber, Curries, Soups, Sweet Potato. 


White Wine Vinegar, White Miso (Organic Soybeans, Organic Rice Koji [Organic Rice, Koji Spores {Aspergillus Oryzae}], Sea Salt, Water). Contains naturally occurring sulfites. Contains: Soybeans.
