Black Garlic is like regular garlic but better! This superfood has been fermented over time to produce a sweeter garlic which will melt in your mouth and is said to have twice the amount of antioxidants as raw garlic. Our Black Garlic Vinegar is dark, stormy and complex in all the right ways. It’s rich in flavor and the perfect combination of sweet and savory but without the pungent odor that usually comes with regular garlic.

Best used on:

Black Garlic Vinegar can be used to Ramp Up the flavor on any dish. Some of our favorites are: Steak, Lamb Chops, Burgers, Bacon, Kale Salad, Roast Broccoli, Grilled Cheese, Tomato Salsa, Mushroom Toast, Dumplings, Pizza.

White Wine Vinegar, Black Garlic, Sea Salt. Contains naturally occurring sulfites.

subtle But impactful

I had no idea that vinegar was such a common seasoning used in professional kitchens until speaking with a chef friend of mine. These Ramp vinegars are unreal. I initially thought a black garlic infused vinegar would overpower a dish. How wrong I was! The subtlety of the flavor is incredibly versatile and builds depth of flavor on almost everything I cook. Buy it. You won’t regret it!
