White Miso Vinegar with Shishito Peppers

Easy, summer crowd pleaser! Enjoy with a spritz & good friends.

Ingredients:

A few handfuls of shishito peppers

Olive oil

Sea salt

Ramp Up White Miso Vinegar

Smoked Paprika

Ground Pink Pepper

Simply:

Add olive oil to a hot pan and add shishito peppers. On high heat, stir every 30 seconds and continue to cook till all sides are blistered.

Add a generous pinch of salt, paprika and pink pepper. Toss for another 30 seconds and add 3 or 4 good splashes of Ramp Up White Miso Vinegar.

Place peppers on a platter and top with more Ramp Up White Miso Vinegar and a dust of paprika. Done.
