Umami-rich, flavor packed Roast Spring Lamb

Ingredients: 

One whole bone in leg of lamb

6 cloves of garlic, cut in quarters

1 bunch of rosemary, picked 

Ramp Up Red Miso Vinegar

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper 


Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 400F. 

Place lamb on a baking sheet. Using a small knife, make small incisions in the meat one inch apart. Place a piece of garlic and some rosemary in each hole. 

Rub olive oil on lamb, a few splashes of Red Miso Vinegar and season well with salt and pepper. 


Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, remove from the oven and generously splash on Red Miso Vinegar to further deepen and enhance flavor. Return to the oven for another 45 minutes and again, splash more vinegar over the lamb once removed from the oven. 

Rest for 15 minutes and serve.
