THE BEST TASTING SWEET POTATO FRIES
In This Recipe:
2 sweet potatoes
Ramp Up White Miso Vinegar
1 bunch of parsley roughly chopped
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375F. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into long rectangle fry shapes.
In a mixing bowl, add sweet potatoes, a few good splashes of White Miso Vinegar, a good lug of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or till golden brown.
Once out of the oven, splash on more White Miso Vinegar, for a slightly sweet, umami packed flavor finish. Season with more salt and pepper and a handful of chopped parsley.
