I really enjoy both cooking with Ramp Up and also adding it to dishes. Brilliant at Adding complexity to almost everything. Cuts through bland. I use it daily.
my pro tip is to use it to bring leftovers back to life, the next day especially on rice, pasta, couscous based dishes. Love it.

Im not sure how to articulate how amazing this condiment is. Whatever you are cooking, it just amplifies the flavor and adds a hint of extra zest. We cook a ton and put it literally on everything- salads, meat, roasted vegetables (after), pasta, sandwiches especially open face, Fish. its a crowd pleaser for dinner parties as well!

Before RAMP I had no idea how useful and versatile vinegar was when cooking. My husband and I cook almost every night and decided to add this to some simple recipes that we thought could be jazzed up a bit. As soon as we tried it we were hooked!
